Ch.1: A Noble Heritage

蔡苏娟患上了严重的眼疾和疟疾,光线对她造成极大的痛苦,她不得不生活在完全黑暗的房间里。这是她信心最大的考验。
Christiana developed severe eye disease and malaria. Light caused extreme pain, confining her to a darkened room — the greatest test of her faith.
“医生说我的眼睛再也受不了任何光线。从此,我进入了暗室。/ The doctor said my eyes could no longer bear any light. From then on, I entered the dark chamber.”
