前设护教学的核心方法是世界观分析，即将护教辩论理解为不同世界观系统之间的根本冲突。弗朗西斯·薛华(Francis Schaeffer)和范泰尔都强调，每个人都通过某种世界观来解释现实，没有人能够采取真正中性的立场。世界观分析法包含三个关键步骤：首先是内在批判(internal critique)——在对方的世界观假设内部寻找逻辑矛盾和不一致性；其次是不可能的反证法——证明在对方世界观中，知识、逻辑、道德和经验本身都变得不可能；最后是积极建构——展示只有基督教世界观能够为人类经验提供一致性的解释。例如，当面对科学主义者时，我们不是争论特定的科学事实，而是分析科学主义世界观本身：它声称只有通过科学方法才能获得真知识，但这个声称本身无法用科学方法来证明，因此是自我反驳的。詹姆斯·安德森(James Anderson)指出，有效的世界观必须满足逻辑一致性、经验充分性和生活可行性三个标准，而只有基督教能够完全满足这些要求。

The core method of presuppositional apologetics is worldview analysis—understanding apologetic debate as fundamental conflict between different worldview systems. Francis Schaeffer and Van Til both emphasized that everyone interprets reality through some worldview, and no one can adopt a truly neutral stance. Worldview analysis involves three key steps: internal critique—finding logical contradictions and inconsistencies within the opponent's worldview assumptions; impossibility of the contrary—proving that knowledge, logic, morality, and experience itself become impossible within their worldview; and positive construction—showing that only the Christian worldview can provide consistent explanation for human experience.
